A JOINT RESOLUTION proposing to amend the Wyoming Constitution to eliminate the legislature’s express authority to determine reasonable and necessary restrictions on a person’s right to make health care decisions and to direct payment for health care.
AN ACT relating to the administration of the government; prohibiting specified entities from contributing to or sponsoring sexually explicit events; authorizing specified persons to determine if an event is sexually explicit; creating a mechanism for repaying state or federal funds as specified; authorizing an appeals process; providing definitions; and providing for an effective date.
AN ACT relating to school sports; amending the prohibition on students of the male sex from competing on a team designated for students of the female sex to include institutions of higher education; providing whistleblower protections; providing for a cause of action; removing governmental immunity as specified; repealing alternate procedures for determining student eligibility; making conforming amendments; and providing for an effective date.
AN ACT relating to public health and safety; providing legislative findings; prohibiting the state and specified governmental entities from adopting any law, rule or policy that targets pregnancy centers for oversight or regulation based on the centers’ stance against abortion; providing definitions; providing penalties; specifying available damages; providing a right of intervention for members of the legislature as specified; making conforming amendments; and providing for an effective date.
