WFA COMMENTARY & UPDATES:
The Homeschool Freedom Act removes a layer of bureaucracy for homeschooling families that burden them with unnecessary government oversight. It also could help the awkward position school districts are placed in with what they are to do with paperwork.
Wyoming Family Alliance supports the principle that a child’s education is the purview of the parent, and patchwork bureaucracy that can intimidate a parent from helping their child should be eliminated.
