Good News for Wyoming from Texas

Good news for Wyoming: The Texas State Library cut ties with the American Library Association (ALA)!

This is important because we’ve been working toward the same goal in Wyoming.

The ALA heavily influences what books go into schools and local libraries, pushing radical messages on sex and gender onto children. Separating from the ALA can give local communities more say over what books are appropriate for children (or not), rather than a national group with an extreme agenda.

Many states are considering leaving the ALA to keep children safe as well. And if Texas can do it, so can we. Watch our video explaining what kinds of books the ALA is pushing and what you can do about it. To learn more and take action, go to WyomingFamily.org/ALA.
