About the Forum

Wyoming Family Alliance invites you to join us for an evening focused on the issues that matter most to Wyoming families.

This pre-primary candidate forum will give voters the opportunity to hear directly from conservative candidates seeking statewide and federal office. The discussion will focus on key policy areas, including Life (protecting the unborn), Religious Liberty (protecting First Amendment rights, freedom of conscience, etc.), Family Values (parental rights, protecting children from obscenity, etc.), and Education Freedom (allowing families to choose the right education for their kids).

Our goal is to provide a respectful, substantive setting where candidates can clearly communicate their positions and voters can gain the clarity they need before casting their ballots.

Participating Candidates

Participants include candidates for:

★  Governor of Wyoming (Eric Barlow, Brent Bien, and Megan Degenfelder)

★  United States Senate (Harriet Hageman and Jimmy Skovgard. Sam Mead has scheduling conflicts arise and can no longer participate.)

★  United States House of Representatives (Jillian Balow, Bo Biteman, Frank Chapman, Kevin Christensen, Steve Friess, David Giralt, and Chuck Gray)

Invitations are extended to candidates for these offices who will be competing in the Wyoming Primary Elections and who align with the conservative principles and family-focused issues at the heart of Wyoming Family Alliance’s mission.

We understand that candidates who align with these principles may interpret and apply them in different ways. This forum gives candidates an opportunity to explain where they stand and how they intend to address these important issues.

Forum Format

🎙️ This is a moderated candidate forum, not a traditional debate.

Candidates will be asked a series of questions focused on key issues affecting Wyoming families. Each candidate will have the opportunity to respond and clearly articulate their positions.

A brief audience Q&A may be included as time allows.
